kernel 2.6.9 with inotify for debian

As I said in the irc channel, I have updated the WIKI
( http://beaglewiki.org/index.php/inotify-Enabled%20Linux%20Kernel )
pointing to the debian package of a 2.6.9 kernel comprehensive of debian
patches (the ones in their 2.6.9 sources) plus inotify. The kernel image
is compiled for generic 386 architecture.

I left the .config unchanched from debian 2.6.9 image, so there is
everything unchanged apart from the presence of inotify :)

Let me know if there are issues.
