PATCH: beagle 'fast craw' implementation

Hey all, I wrote up some code to attempt to knock the following item off
the beagle TODO list:

"A 'fast crawl' mode could also look at the recently-used files and
index those."

With this patch, if you pass a "--fast" to beagle-index-files then it will attempt to quickly index the files in your ~/.recently-used file.  The following is the patch:
