It looks good to me.

I don't know if you've read Jimmy's Indexer README, but the eventual
plan is to replace the current textchain backend with a chaining backend
that uses the Indexer's extractor.

Work on the current textchain backend isn't bad, though, since all that
will be reusable in extractors.

I'm glad you're doing that.  Let's keep that as a policy for people
hacking other people's code.
