Updated Amazon search/rhythmbox backend

I've updated the Amazon WSDL file, and .cs according to the latest I
could find on Amazon. I've also added exception handling, and fixed a
stupid case comparison bug in the rhythmbox backend, and added a brief
description of the artist, and album cluetypes
