Flickr Duplicates

Conduit was working great, then I upgraded to the latest version. My current sync setting were missing and re-added. Unfortunately,
Conduit wants to sync everything again with causes duplicates. I'm specifically using Folder->Flickr with "Up To Date" Is there a way I can fake out Conduit so it knows pictures less then a specific date can be ignored?
