GNOME SVN

So some progress has been made with the conduit move to SVN. Unfortunately Mr. SVN (Olav) has requested that all contributors get GNOME svn accounts before the conduit module can be imported
. For this to happen can all those with commit access to conduit SVN (and evo-python) please do the following
1) Do the steps at http://live.gnome.org/NewAccounts
2) Reference ticket #3141 in the explanation of why you want an account
3) Reference me j.stowers as the maintatiner of the module
