    content: update introduction to about/history.html.
    
    This page has been saying for years that there **should** be descriptions of
    post-1.0 releases and that volunteers were needed. It's time to accept nobody
    has any interest in updating this page and to move on, considering it legacy.
    
    Anyway a manual listing of version is boring, error-prone, especially as we now
    have many stable and unstable releases a year and we already have great release
    news for each and every new version.
