    content, tools: update mirrors info.
    
    - Nanjing University is finally back in pool after they switched to
      mirror from /pub/.
    - 2 more mirrors updated their rsync URL to master.gnome.org.
    - Update the download.http.txt list by running update-mirrors.py.
