[gimp-web] Remove gimp.cu.be mirror.

    Remove gimp.cu.be mirror.
    
    I have been in touch by email with their support. Unfortunately they
    don't provide FTP or rsync access to their servers anymore because of
    experience with hack attempts or massive flood.
    
    Yet this is a core (mandatory) need for Mirrorbits which relies on
    either protocol for the mirror scan. HTTP scan is not implemented (I
    tested and even double-checked by reading Mirrorbits code!). This is
    most likely a matter of performance as the rsync scan in particular is
    really a matter of seconds.
    
    So I guess this is goodbye. Thanks to cu.be for providing mirroring so
    far!
