[gnome-software: 3/11] fedora-pkgdb-collections: Remove unused flags arguments

commit 7bad4277a159ba029467cf443d8be07d6f6b5443
Author: Philip Withnall <pwithnall endlessos org>
Date: Wed Mar 2 15:32:35 2022 +0000

    fedora-pkgdb-collections: Remove unused flags arguments

They were needed for an earlier iteration of the download API, but the
flags were then removed from that before merging. These flags should
    never have been merged.
