    Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/testing'
    
    - New Freedif mirror.
    - mirror.surf mirror is temporarily disabled. It was removed then it's
      back, but the speed is far too slow, possibly because of the
      international situation. So we need to leave it out for now because we
      can't have a mirror with downloads taking 20 min (when they take 20
      secs on all other mirrors).
    - Check mirror script improved.
    - News for the CMYK project in GSoC 2022.
    - 2 new books in Spanish.
    - Books page now broken up into per-language sections with links at the
      top.
    - Books page intro and generated metadata rewritten a bit.
