    testing.gimp.org: one more bugzilla page redirect.
    
    /unix/howtos/bugzilla.html is nearly identical to
    /bugs/howtos/bugzilla.html. Why did we have so many pages to talk about
    bugzilla, some of them being near duplicates?!
