[gedit] build-aux: remove outdated osx/ subdir

    build-aux: remove outdated osx/ subdir
    
    It takes 7.3MB, and it was included in every tarball created with Meson
    (with Autotools it was not included I think).
    
    Anyway, it hasn't been updated for a while, and it's easy to find it
    back in the git history (hopefully).
