[pango/pango2-color-palette: 59/71] Redo the cairo font code

commit 0026ab3c4987be1830e5e4dd3f51479f23adf642
Author: Matthias Clasen <mclasen redhat com>

native font objects does not always work, so fall back
to using cairo-ft on all platforms.
