[gnome-shell/wip/carlosg/grabs-pt2: 2/19] modalDialog: Make reactive

commit f0e2829ed675e2f2746650d5913ed8aff50c3f91
Author: Carlos Garnacho <carlosg gnome org>

    modalDialog: Make reactive

Some dialogs like the runDialog expect this actor to receive
key events while it is not reactive. Whatever that black magic was
    it will no longer work.

Make the actor reactive, so it can simply handle key events.
