    content: add a revision 1 to the Windows installer.
    
    Now the release notes are properly shown in the welcome dialog.
    For the record, it corresponds to MR gimp!585 with the following
    differences:
    
    - The installed is code rebased on commit a0d65b80fb0. Only changes over
      GIMP itself are a few updated translations and a code update to search
      for the appstream file (commit eb9b936d236), additionally of course to
      the 2 commits of !585.
    - Commit 64bf8046ff9 was reverted (so we are back at GIMP 2.99.10
      temporarily for this installer).
    - The revision was bumped to revision 1.
