    content: update mirror list again.
    
    - We got an answer from icm.edu.pl, they already updated their syncing
      to /pub/ (not /pub/gimp/ anymore) so we could add them back on the new
      Mirrorbits infra. We still want them to get their own proper rsync
      credentials (as they forgot to answer months ago).
    - I remove Jaleco mirror. We never manage to contact them as we don't
      have any contact email to reach. As I recall, I sent a message through
      their contact form months ago (for the credentials need) and never got
      any answer. And now their contact form is even broken. Let's not waste
      any more time, if we can't contact them, there is nothing we can do.
      And the mirror is unfortunately unusable with the new infra, as it
      points to /pub/gimp/.
