    content: move FAQ to root.
    
    Also add it back to the main menu, though I'm unsure if there should be
    2 FAQ (one for core dev and one for resource dev).
    
    Now we finally get rid of the content/homepage/ redundant subdirectory.
    Every existing content was either reorganized in a proper (sub)section
    or deleted.
    
    Note that the FAQ looks like it contains a lot of outdated info but I've
    not tried to read/rewrite any of it for now. I'll check later.
