    Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/testing'
    
    - Some mirror updates.
    - Updated favicon.
    - New thank you page and redirection of download pages there.
    - GIMP 2.10.28 for macOS DMG release.
    - Improve a bit the macOS section in downloads page.
    - IRC and mailing list pages merged into single discuss.html page.
    - New text on how to contribute to tutorials.
