    downloads: add gimp-2.10.24-setup.exe as well
    
    This installer has a known issue (#6664): Script-Fu crashes on 64-bit platforms. Adding it for 
completeness,
    and also adding comment to point out the crash and the fix with gimp-2.10.24-setup-1.exe.
