[gtk/matthiasc/for-master: 2/2] treeviewcolumn: Clip header buttons

commit ea40108193d23a4dba16af3787ba273e9b90bf6e
Author: Matthias Clasen <mclasen redhat com>
Date: Thu Jun 17 15:54:36 2021 -0700

    treeviewcolumn: Clip header buttons

We don't want to overdraw when dragging a narrow column
around, and we also need the clipping to avoid picking
the wrong column, when a later column button overlaps
    an earlier one.

    Fixes: #4045
