[gimp-web] content: removing the whole part about organizations.

content: removing the whole part about organizations.

After a review by Liam, who was unsure if it could not be interpreted as
us wanting to leave GNOME. It was obviously not the point at all. Even
if we had our own organization, we would not leave GNOME, which would
stay our friend organization, and we sure hope they would still allow us
    in their infrastructure! 🤗

So yes, let's not give the impression we want to burn bridges, this is
not the case at all, just bad wording on my side. We agreed that just
removing this whole piece of text is better, and after all it's more
efficient to go straight to the point.

GIMP has been developed as a community since very early on, as its

-it is regularly backed by various organizations.
-We might have our own at some point, as this is a topic we have been

It has become a growing concern as we have had skilled developers come
