[seahorse/pgp/fix-subkey-expires] gpgme: Use proper month in expires dialog

commit 4cd72f3181df1298d7627d8d390fffcf7eb78af6
Author: Niels De Graef <nielsdegraef gmail com>
Date: Sun Jul 25 12:00:28 2021 +0200

gpgme: Use proper month in expires dialog

`GDateTime` uses month numbers from 1 to 12.
`GtkCalender` uses month numbers from 0 to 11.

If you combine both, you need to be careful.
