[gtk/wip/otte/gleanup: 53/53] display: Move GL selection code into gdkdisplay-x11.c

commit a2f2abdf2cef49ae4ea3f2760a073ad91ac587b9
Author: Benjamin Otte <otte redhat com>
Date:   Tue Jul 13 05:23:41 2021 +0200

    display: Move GL selection code into gdkdisplay-x11.c

    This has the benefit that we can refactor it and make sure we deal with
    GdkDisplay::init_gl() not being called at all because
    GDK_DEBUG=gl-disable had been specified.
