appdata: Use purple color as key-color for GNOME Software

Our logo is very light and usually a grey background is getting
picked. So let's use #8F7CD1 because it seems to contrast fine
    with Adwaita's #2e3436 and #eeeeec.

This also gets picked up in apps.gnome.org
