    ghash: Allow tweaking hash table shift by environment variable
    
    The shift controls the capacity of the hash table before it needs to
    be resized.
    
    This commit makes the shift configurable through the
    
    G_HASH_TABLE_MIN_SHIFT
    
    environment variable.
