[gnome-usage] gschema.xml: Add "pipewire-pulseaudio" to default unkillable processes

    gschema.xml: Add "pipewire-pulseaudio" to default unkillable processes
    
    "pipewire" had replaced "pulseuadio" in more and more distros 8e.g. Fedora and Arch).
    Its equivalent "pipewire-pulse" should be given equal rights to live accordingly.
