[pango/more-log-attr-things: 5/6] Add code to validate log attrs

commit 3c834b4297f0d1840e52ff84e023fa0f6de51189
Author: Matthias Clasen <mclasen redhat com>
Date: Thu Aug 26 00:31:11 2021 -0400

This is just used in tests for now. If we decide
to make an external log attr api, we can make this
    public.
