    META.yml: tweak file to fix problems with using 'cpanm'
    
    - Moved 'Gtk2' from 'requires:' to 'configure_requires:'
    - Set the 'version:' string to the current module version, instead of
      'unknown'
    - Both of these changes fix RT#127878
