[gtk/matthiasc/lottie-tests] Add a path editor demo

commit 238e210d8bfb2bb767371b2db70ed1992ef711cf
Author: Matthias Clasen <mclasen redhat com>
Date: Thu Nov 19 13:41:21 2020 -0500

    Add a path editor demo

Add a simple demo for editing a poly-Bezier curve.

It does not handle conic segments yet.
