    build: Inherit systemd_user_services option from parent project
    
    This fixes a confusing build error when building tracker-miners with
    `-Dtracker_core=subproject -Dsystemd_user_services=false` (the fix
    would be to set `-Dtracker:systemd_user_services=false`, this commit
    makes it unnecessary.)
