[balsa/gtk4: 170/248] libbalsa-ask: Refactor to avoid gtk_dialog_run()

commit 32b5e636c479168a62df746c314a30c564cc70a5
Author: Peter Bloomfield <PeterBloomfield bellsouth net>

    libbalsa-ask: Refactor to avoid gtk_dialog_run()

    Block in the subthread on a GCond, instead of blocking the main thread;
    use the "response" handler to pass the result and unblock the subthread.
