[gtk/suggestion-entry: 29/31] Add GtkSuggestionEntry

    Add GtkSuggestionEntry
    
    GtkSuggestionEntry is a replacement for GtkComboBoxText
    and GtkEntryCompletion, very similar to GtkDropDown, but
    using an entry as widget.
