[gnome-shell] workspace: Rename WindowClone to WindowPreview

    workspace: Rename WindowClone to WindowPreview
    
    Since ClutterClones are going to be removed, let's switch the
    terminology here to something that's more understandable and rename the
    WindowClone class and its layout manager to
    WindowPreview/WindowPreviewLayout.
