[gtk/dnd-gestures-2: 171/173] dragdest: Allow denying drops asynchronously

commit eab6df31ac8b7c580ebe7453e9e77669bf9636c3
Author: Matthias Clasen <mclasen redhat com>
Date: Wed Jan 8 16:30:44 2020 -0500

    dragdest: Allow denying drops asynchronously

Add an api to deny a drop, this is meant to be used
when delaying the decision on whether to accept a
drop until after reading the data.
