    appDisplay: Transform folder into a dialog
    
    Make the AppFolderPopup behave much more like a dialog than a
    popup itself. To do that, remove the BoxPointer and replace it
    by a StBoxLayout. The dialog is is also constrained to the
    primary monitor.
