    ci: Fix pylint breakage on rawhide
    
    pylint was broken:
    $ pylint-3 --version
    Traceback (most recent call last):
    <snip>
    pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'typed-ast<1.5,>=1.4.0' distribution was not found and is 
required by astroid
    
    Install python3-typed_ast until it's a dependency.
