libtracker-data: Add support for in-memory dbs to TrackerDBManager
If an in-memory database is selected, the DB manager is in charge of
generating an unique shared cache key so all TrackerDBInterfaces created
will share the same view on the data.
This shared cache key is private to the TrackerDBManager, so other ones
created by the same process, and other sqlite3 databases in the same
process won't be able to see it.
Additionally, in-memory databases imply we must not do some things, like
checking disk free space, or enabling WAL. Those are now done optionally
depending on IN_MEMORY being passed.
