[balsa/gmime3: 43/66] g_mime_references_decode() has been replaced

commit 22ed425dcab586998e7cc4131a3fe71833946752
Author: Peter Bloomfield <PeterBloomfield bellsouth net>
Date:   Fri Nov 22 14:34:57 2019 -0800

    g_mime_references_decode() has been replaced

    by g_mime_references_parse(), with an extra format-options argument for
    which we always pass NULL.
