test-input-parser.c: Fixing time parsing
Since GTime is an alias for GDataTime we need to meet requirements for
GDGDataTime API, e.g. if ISO8601 string is parsed and time part in the
format: 23:59:60 it will be parsed as 23:59:59. See
g_date_time_new_from_iso8601() documentation.
