[gtk/wip/otte/listview: 997/1040] listbase: Add vfuncs to convert positions to/from coordinates

commit 4acb8e0ea914f3f097570582199c8c64bb8aadb5
Author: Benjamin Otte <otte redhat com>
Date: Fri Oct 25 07:39:57 2019 +0200

listbase: Add vfuncs to convert positions to/from coordinates

... and use that to implement PageUp/PageDown.

With that, all keyboard handling has been moved to GtkListBase.
