    ottie: Add a command-line tool
    
    Supports:
    
     * Taking a screenie:
       ottie image file.lottie image.png
    
     * Recording a rendernode:
       ottie node file.lottie render.node
    
     * Encoding an image:
       ottie video file.lottie video.webm
