    Adding names of people with significant contributions:
    - Jacob Boerema for his awesome work (on too much stuff to list it all!)
    - Daniel Novomesky (HEIF, AVIF support)
    - Félix Piédallu (meson build)
    - Elad Shahar (Python 3 plug-ins, Spyrogimp, Mandala symmetry
      kaleidoscope mode)
