[gnome-break-timer] Remove uses of GLib.Array.steal

commit 7bbc9a4ca0dd51225cf7512fa6263513c157ab09
Author: Dylan McCall <dylan dylanmccall ca>

    Remove uses of GLib.Array.steal

This is not available when building a Snap for Ubuntu, because the
provided environment has an older version of glib. For our purposes, it
looks safe to return the data property directly.
