[gnome-terminal] nautilus: Spawn login shell

    nautilus: Spawn login shell
    
    Spawn a login shell when opening a directory from nautilus. Using
    "$SHELL -l" works for bash, fish, tcsh, and zsh, at least, but is
    known not to work on (at least old) illumos.
