    build: copy ax_code_coverage.m4 from autoconf-archive git master
    
    See the previous commit, there are bug fixes in ax_code_coverage.m4 that
    are not yet included in a stable version of autoconf-archive.
    
    The bug was:
    Makefile:454: *** Recursive variable 'GITIGNOREFILES' references itself (eventually).  Stop.
