[gnome-shell/wip/fmuellner/fix-perf-tool: 1/3] perf: Use var for METRICS

commit 8ef666ff2eb5923f4294651a0b6515f14976f8ec
Author: Florian Müllner <fmuellner gnome org>

    perf: Use var for METRICS

Each perf module exposes it to the scripting module to report metrics
after all tests have been run. The symbol's scope should allow that,
    so declare it as var.
