[gtk/shortcuts-rebased-again: 55/129] accellabel: Move gtk_accelerator_get_label() code

commit d99c2b3f849f999d19e1cf538da2d1b9b587a3c9
Author: Benjamin Otte <otte redhat com>
Date:   Mon Aug 13 04:59:49 2018 +0200

    accellabel: Move gtk_accelerator_get_label() code

    The function lives in gtkaccelgroup.c, so there's no need to have that
    call a private function in another source file. Instead, make that
    other source file call gtk_accelerator_get_label() instead.
