+Here are release highlights:

+- 23 bugfixes.
+- 27 old filters ported to use GEGL buffers, with 8-bit per channel precision
+  only for now.
+- Bayer Matrix, Linear Sinusoid, Newsprint, and Mean Curvature Blur filters from
+  GEGL added to the Filters menu.
+- Text layers are now exported as text to PDF.
+- TIFF and HEIF importing and exporting improvements.
+- Optional editing of layers with disabled visibility now available.
+- Foreground Select tool: new 'Grayscale' Preview Mode.
+- Free Select tool: fast copy|cut-paste modifiers (Alt + Ctrl|Shift) are now
