[gnome-user-docs/phone-connecting: 5/6] Add a page on tethering, and recommend it

commit c7ac1075b2a264d745c98408fed659466b07ed20
Author: David King <amigadave amigadave com>
Date: Sat Jul 20 05:48:43 2019 +0100

Add a page on tethering, and recommend it

As tethering is considerably simpler, and by far the more common method
on modern phones, recommend it over using a 3G modem.
